The Role
As Business Development Manager, you will:
• Proactively prospect and build long-term relationships with corporate and public-sector clients across the UK.
• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to secure enterprise-level deals and strategic partnerships.
• Prepare and deliver high-impact, consultative presentations and commercial proposals.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, technical, and operations teams to maximise new business opportunities.
• Represent Adept Vehicle Management at client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
About You
We’re looking for a results-driven, professional salesperson who brings:
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B fleet contract hire sales.
• A strong and demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent knowledge of fleet quote systems and commercial leasing processes.
• Strong business acumen and outstanding communication skills.
• A proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to work independently.
• A solid understanding of fleet management software and compliance standards.
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
