Adept named 2017 finalists of UK Customer Service Awards

BREAKING NEWS 20/7/17 Adept Vehicle Management are through as finalists of the national prestigious 2017 UK Customer Services Awards!

Adept’s Sales and Marketing Director Mark Pedley said “ We entered into the: Employee Engagement (learning, development and engagement) Section of the awards some months ago. This section was based upon; The implementation of inspirational learning and development programs these organisations have delivered highly engaged teams. All of who have gone on to deliver amazing customer experiences.


Heather Butlin Adept’s Key Client Account Manager acts as an implant into one of our major clients and her focus and service delivery to the client in terms of fleet management and control has been absolutely outstanding. Since her implementation in January and continued training program we have seen Heather's development in her role blossom. The client has expressed its delight in the whole fleet control function in terms of cost and operational and much of this is down to Heathers inspirational  hard work.


So we entered this fantastic story to the 2017 UK Customer Service Awards and here we are as finalists rubbing shoulders of some very big players such as Molson Coors, Barclays, Direct Line Group and My Home Move. We will go to the finals at ExCel in London on September 28th so fingers crossed! Pedley added “Its turning into a great year for Adept that includes a couple of good tender wins and should we land this award it would be icing on the cake!"
